Forever 22 Aesthetics Booking, Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

At Forever 22 Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure every client receives the highest level of care. To maintain a smooth and professional experience, please review our booking, refund, and cancellation policies below.

 
1. Booking Fees
​

To secure your appointment for non-surgical treatments, we kindly request a holding deposit £30 at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment and helps us allocate time exclusively for you.

  • Your deposit can be redeemed against your treatment or any services provided by Forever 22 Aesthetics.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule outside of the 48-hour notice period or fail to attend your appointment.

 
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
​

We understand that plans can change; however, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, or if you do not attend, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • For future bookings after late cancellations or no-shows, a £50 deposit will be required to secure the appointment.

 
3. Refunds

  • All treatments, services, and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.

  • Refunds will only be issued in accordance with UK Consumer Law in the event of:

    • A fault with the service or product.

    • Medical unsuitability for the treatment, as determined by our practitioners.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted directly to the clinic for review. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

  • We do not provide refunds for a change of mind but may consider alternative options at the clinic's discretion.

 
4. Prepaid Treatment Packages

Forever 22 Aesthetics offers discounted prepaid packages for multiple treatments.

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals or clinics.

  • Packages with fewer than 8 treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase. Packages with 8 or more treatments must be used within 18 months.

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments within a prepaid package. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of one treatment from the package.

 
5. Late Arrivals

Timeliness is essential to ensure the best experience for all clients.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time may be reduced accordingly.

  • If you are delayed by more than 20 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • After three late arrivals or cancellations without proper notice, a £50 deposit will be required for all future bookings.

  • For clients on prepaid packages, a treatment will be deducted from your package following your third late arrival.

 
6. Treatment Suitability

  • Not all treatments or products may be suitable for every individual. While we exercise the utmost care in providing recommendations, it is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or relevant factors during the consultation.

  • We encourage open communication with our practitioners to set realistic expectations regarding treatment outcomes.

 
7. Clinic Cancellations

While we make every effort to honor all appointments, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require us to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements. Compensation will not be provided for cancelled or rescheduled appointments.
